We were founded in June 1967 by Tip and Retha
Wiseman and Dean and Peggy Hudson. Our
mission from the very beginning has been to provide
the highest quality care at the most affordable price
to our residents. We are a skilled nursing and
rehabilitation facility licensed by the Arkansas
Department of Human Services. We are certified
for Medicare and Medicaid patient services and for
private pay individuals.
For over forty years, we have provided quality
health care and rehabilitation services for our friends
and neighbors and our own family. We have always
operated under the philosophy that families should
take care of their loved ones as long as possible at
home, but when the time comes when your family
needs additional help we will be here to provide the
highest level of care for your loved ones.
We are family-owned, family-operated. We hire
from our community and support our community.
